With a new Texas Oyster University program featuring general farming info, shucking demonstrations, and tasting education, live music performance by Mayeux and Broussard, an entertaining shucking competition, perfect half shell shucks from 7 Texas Oyster farms, and chef dressed & grilled oysters from many of your favorite chefs. A great opportunity to meet the farmers and interact with the talented Texas chefs. VIP Ticket includes Early Entrance 12-1pm, $50 in Oyster Tickets, Two Premium Drink Tickets, Priority Parking, Free Swag Bag, Private VIP Bar & Balcony PLEASE NOTE: Parking is limited, and rideshares are encouraged!
